A Tradition of Giving Back
Since its inception, the Southern Illinois Made Expo has been deeply committed to supporting
local veterans and their families. This year, exhibitor fees and attendee donations will directly
support:
🦮 Down the Leash Service Dogs – A veteran-led nonprofit that trains veterans in dog-handling skills to prepare their own service dogs, fostering independence and emotional support.
🥫 VA Medical Center Food Pantry – A critical food assistance program supporting veterans facing food insecurity, ensuring they have access to essential nutrition and resources.
Additionally, we are proud to continue our partnership with Honor Flight of Southern Illinois, a nonprofit dedicated to honoring veterans with all-expenses-paid trips to Washington, D.C. to visit memorials dedicated to their service and sacrifice.

About the Show
2024 Expo Highlight Video
The Southern Illinois Made Expo is the premier event celebrating locally produced goods, destinations, and businesses. This exclusive opportunity allows exhibitors to sell directly to the public as well as wholesale and retail buyers. Attendees will experience firsthand the high-quality craftsmanship, delicious flavors, and unique experiences that can only be found in Southern Illinois.

Exhibitor Eligibility – Southern Illinois Made Means Southern Illinois Made!
To participate in the Southern Illinois Made Expo, vendors must meet the following strict eligibility requirements:
✔ All products must be produced in Southern Illinois, or destinations must be located within Southern Illinois. No exceptions.
✔ Vendors must be prepared to sell and showcase their products or destinations to both retailers and the general public during the full duration of the event.
✔ Absolutely no products, services, or destinations that are not Southern Illinois-made or based will be permitted.
✔ Exhibitors must agree to all rules and regulations outlined in the Participation Agreement Form.
✔ A Certificate of Insurance must be submitted by email to info@simadeexpo.org by June 20, 2025.

The Southern Illinois Made Expo is specifically looking for businesses and vendors that proudly represent the craftsmanship, agriculture, and tourism that make Southern Illinois unique. This includes:
🎨 Artisans & Craftspeople – Carpenters, Potters, Glass Artists, Painters, Jewelry Makers, and more.
🍽️ Food & Beverage Artisans – Distillers, Brewers, Cheesemakers, Ice Cream Makers, Chocolatiers, Bakers, and other specialty food producers.
🌾 Farmers & Winemakers – Showcasing fresh, locally sourced products from Southern Illinois farms and vineyards.
🏭 Manufacturers – Businesses producing 100% Southern Illinois-made goods.
🌄 Tourism Destinations – Local attractions and experiences that highlight the beauty and adventure of Southern Illinois.

IMPORTANT: Submission of a registration application does not guarantee a vendor
booth at the Southern Illinois Made Expo. All applications will be carefully reviewed to
ensure vendors meet the Expo’s eligibility criteria, including that products must be
made in Southern Illinois. Only qualifying vendors will receive official confirmation via
email for participation in the 2025 Southern Illinois Made Expo.
